SYDNEY (NS) – October 13, 2011 – Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation (ECBC) will hold its annual Public Meeting on Thursday, October 20, 2011. This year’s meeting will be held in Inverness.
The purpose of the meeting is to share and solicit information from the public regarding the Corporation’s mandate, activities and strategic direction. Members of the ECBC Board of Directors and senior management team will be in attendance.
John Lynn, Chief Executive Officer, will make introductory remarks. There will be presentations on the Corporation’s focus over the past year, its strategic business plan for the coming year, its programs and resources. A question and answer session will follow.
The Public Meeting will take place at 6:00 p.m. at the Inverness County Centre for the Arts in Inverness, NS. The general public is cordially invited to attend.
Enterprise Cape Breton Corporation offers programs in support of economic development initiatives and is responsible for delivering ACOA’s programs on Cape Breton Island and in the Mulgrave area.
